Please review all of information below before registering.

Relay - Participant Information and Instructions:

  • Ferry to ‘Start Line’ leaves promptly at 7:15 a.m. from Albouy’s Point to Penno’s Wharf. Tickets ($4) can be purchased at number pick-up. Teams are encouraged to pick up numbers for the entire team.  

  • The roundabout near Swizzle Inn and Bailey’s Ice Cream will close promptly at 8:30 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed to proceed to St. George's after this time.

  • Medical details must be filled out on the back of the race number issued to you.

  • Changing / Rest Rooms are available at Penno's Wharf and the Town Square.

  • This event will be chip timed.  

  • Each Team will be issued 1 (one) race chip which will be attached to a baton that must be passed at each leg and carried from start to finish.

  • Participants will be responsible for any cost incurred to replace lost bibs/chip.


  • Race starts at promptly at 9:10 a.m. 

  • Race Numbers must be worn on the FRONT of shirt / vest during the entire race.

  • Bib labelled ‘RELAY’ must be worn on the BACK of shirt / vest during the entire race.

  • Truck carrying runners’ clothing will leave the Town Square at 8:45 a.m. prompt.

  • Runners must collect clothing within 15 mins of crossing the Finish Line.

  • Each relay team will include 4 participants. The minimum age is 12 years. (effective on race day) 

  • Each leg begins as per below:

    • Leg 1: Duke of York Street and Old Maid’s Lane, St. George's (Approx. 3.75 miles)

    • Leg 2: Between mile 3 & 4; bus stop at Bailey’s Ice Cream (Approx. 3.25 miles)

    • Leg 3: Between mile 7 & 8; bus stop at The Aquarium (Approx. 3.00 miles)

    • Leg 4: Between mile 10 & 11; bus stop at Fort Hill Rd (Approx. 3.25 miles)

    • Finish, Bernard Park, Pembroke

  • There will be a Relay sign at the start of each leg. 

  • Participants running the relay division of this event are not permitted to participate in the full half marathon.

  • No stroller or pets are permitted on the race course.

Relay - Parking at Changeover Points:

  • Please do not park on private property or block private driveways

  • Do not park on roadways with a yellow line, your vehicle may be ticketed by the Police

  • Leg 2: Between mile 3 & 4; bus stop at Bailey’s Ice Cream. Parking at Crystal Caves

  • Leg 3: Between mile 7 & 8; bus stop at The Aquarium. Parking at The Aquarium

  • Leg 4 :Between mile 10 & 11; bus stop at Fort Hill Road. Parking on Fort Hill Road

Awards Presentation:

Commemorative medals will be awarded to the first 100 teams to finish.

The Awards Presentation will be held at Argus, 14 Wesley Street, Hamilton on Thursday, May 30th from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
